I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Florence. The staff were super kind and helpful throughout my stay. The room was lovely, warm, and quiet. It was impeccably clean and had high-quality soaps and shampoos. The bed was comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the centre of Florence and close to everything I wanted to do. The breakfast had a sufficient variety of options, and there was also a wonderful place close by that served smoothies and salads.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the attractions in Florence. The rooms are beautifully restored with tasteful antique furniture and all amenities as promised. Breakfast is included in the rate and is a delight, with fresh vegetables from the family's garden and local ingredients. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, even offering coffee to order.
